Guide: A former senior manager started an enterprise himself with misappropriation of trade secrets of the previous company; preservation of evidence is key point for misappropriation cases.

 

Brief: ST Company is founded by a former senior manager resigned from N Company and provides the same product with N Company. After primary evidence collection, we represented N company to file a misappropriation lawsuit before the court and applied for preservation of evidence. Burden of proof has always been a difficulty for misappropriation cases. Since drawings preserved on site of ST Company by the court even still have the logo of N Company, we finally won the case.
