Brief: Komotoo, a Chinese leading enterprise of an emerging industry is accused of patent infringement by D company, a global giant in that industry. D company even summoned a press conference for propaganda. We represented Komotoo to respond to the patent infringement lawsuit. After due preparation and thorough discussion with the involved party, we refuted in an all-round manner the expert testimony submitted by the plaintiff in the pre-trial period of the lawsuit.
